Key Responsibilities

- Engage in data analysis, create job postings, and manage administrative projects to enhance client satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Human Resources, or related field preferred
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in customer service, account management, or technical implementation
- Experience in recruitment, ATS, or technical support is a plus
- Demonstrated proficiency in multitasking and time management
- Strong interpersonal abilities and experience handling multiple client priorities simultaneously
