Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Director of Client Success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily and weekly activities, pipelines, forecasts, and closed deals to ensure account retention and upsell growth
- Establish and monitor goals for account teams to improve performance linked to company objectives
- Assist in recruiting, coaching, and retaining top account management talent while collaborating with Product teams
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 7+ years of experience managing account/relationship managers, preferably in an advertising agency or marketing technology environment
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and/or automotive marketing
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience with Google Suite tools, including Google Ads and Google Analytics
- Proven ability to lead teams through change and drive internal improvements
