Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager to build strategic relationships with enterprise accounts and ensure customer satisfaction through effective product and team interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop close working relationships with customer technical and management teams to achieve desired outcomes
  • Act as a subject matter expert for customers, advising on product capabilities and expansion opportunities
  • Manage proactive program deliverables, including onboarding, health checks, and strategic support plans
Required Qualifications
  • At least 7 years of experience with network security solutions, including web proxies and firewalls
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior technical support role with enterprise customers
  • Understanding of networking principles and experience diagnosing network issues
  • Familiarity with enterprise applications and server operating systems such as Linux and Windows
