Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager to build strategic relationships with enterprise accounts and ensure customer satisfaction through effective product and team interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop close working relationships with customer technical and management teams to achieve desired outcomes
- Act as a subject matter expert for customers, advising on product capabilities and expansion opportunities
- Manage proactive program deliverables, including onboarding, health checks, and strategic support plans
Required Qualifications
- At least 7 years of experience with network security solutions, including web proxies and firewalls
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems preferred
- 5+ years of experience in a senior technical support role with enterprise customers
- Understanding of networking principles and experience diagnosing network issues
- Familiarity with enterprise applications and server operating systems such as Linux and Windows
