Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Account Lead - DSO.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively manage practice performance and resolve issues related to claims
• Maintain communication with internal teams to ensure timely processing of orthodontic claims
• Monitor and address insurance AR Aging trends to mitigate excessive aging issues

Required Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of the dental revenue cycle and industry standards
• Ability to identify trends and implement efficient claims processes
• Proficiency in Tableau, Google Sheets, and/or Excel
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage multiple initiatives
• Must meet daily production goals and maintain high-quality assurance scores
