Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Success Associate to manage relationships with chefs and food creators while providing operational support.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned chef and food business accounts, building long-term partnerships
- Assist creators with resources, troubleshoot operational challenges, and coordinate with internal teams
- Monitor creator performance and implement action plans to improve sales and operational execution
Qualifications
- English language fluency
- Availability to work Monday to Friday between 10:00 AM-6:00 PM EST
- 2+ years in account management, operations support, customer success, or culinary/hospitality leadership
- Experience in food service or partner-focused platforms is preferred
- Proficiency in Google Suite and CRM/project management tools
