Job Summary
A company is looking for a Key Account Manager to manage key business accounts throughout the America region.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and identify sales opportunities
- Manage subscription renewals and retention for allocated accounts to ensure timely closure
- Develop account plans and monitor competitor and market activity to grow account revenue
Required Qualifications
- 5 - 10 years of Account Management experience in a Professional Services/Consulting environment
- Experience managing high-value relationships with senior management in large corporations
- Experience in selling enterprise solutions to senior-level decision makers
- A good understanding of governance, risk, and compliance issues affecting international businesses
- Two years or higher education degree/certificate is preferred
