Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of account management experience with a bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience leading an iLottery team and managing vendor partnerships
- Strong leadership and relationship-building skills
- Experience with contract management and understanding of service level agreements (SLAs)
- Knowledge of market dynamics and current industry trends
