Job Summary

A company is looking for a Subrogation Specialist to identify subrogation opportunities and maximize recoveries across multiple lines of business.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee a caseload of subrogation claims
• Evaluate new claim assignments daily to identify subrogation potential
• Negotiate with attorneys and carriers to maximize recovery

Required Qualifications

• Minimum one year of claims or subrogation experience
• Experience with multiple insurance lines of business is preferred
• Understanding of various state statutes and case law
• Ability to maintain professional communication with internal and external customers
• Willingness to travel occasionally for mediations, conferences, and meetings
