- Act as the final escalation point for client issues and ensure client satisfaction and retention

- 10+ years of experience in client services or strategic leadership within a marketing agency
- Proven track record of managing enterprise portfolios with a focus on retention and growth
- Deep expertise in digital marketing channels and their connection to client business objectives
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking
- Leadership experience in managing and developing senior account leaders
