Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Account Supervisor to oversee and lead Patient Account Representatives remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day operations of Patient Account Representatives, including performance management and A/R management
- Train, develop, and motivate staff while identifying performance deficiencies and implementing action plans
- Respond to requests from staff, management, and clients, ensuring timely completion of accounts and effective communication
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma and/or equivalent education
- 4-7 years of relevant experience preferred
- Advanced knowledge of UB-04, EOB interpretation, CPT, and ICD-9 codes
- Supervisory experience or demonstrated leadership capabilities
- Strong understanding of healthcare A/R and Patient Financial Services operations
