Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise and support for wholesale distribution partners, including onboarding and API integrations
- Lead end-to-end onboarding processes and act as an API subject matter expert
- Deliver data analytics and business intelligence support, including building reports and dashboards
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in a TAM/Partner Engineer/Solutions Engineer role for an API-driven product
- Strong MySQL proficiency, including complex queries and data validation
- Hands-on experience with REST/JSON and API authentication methods
- Experience with Tableau for building dashboards and data sources
- Ability to work effectively across departments and manage projects
