Job Summary
A company is looking for a Retirement Administrator Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Retirement Plan Administrators, ensuring high performance
- Serve as a resource for complex client matters and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Maintain client relationships and ensure timely, superior customer service for retirement plan clients
Qualifications:
- 5 - 10 years of experience in 401(k) retirement plan administration
- Prior leadership experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of ADP/ACP, 415, 410(b), Top Heavy, and 401(a)(4) non-discrimination testing
- Strong math and/or accounting skills
- ASPPA and/or NIPA credentials preferred
