Retirement Plan Administrator Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retirement Administrator Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Retirement Plan Administrators, ensuring high performance
• Serve as a resource for complex client matters and identify opportunities for process improvement
• Maintain client relationships and ensure timely, superior customer service for retirement plan clients

Qualifications:

• 5 - 10 years of experience in 401(k) retirement plan administration
• Prior leadership experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of ADP/ACP, 415, 410(b), Top Heavy, and 401(a)(4) non-discrimination testing
• Strong math and/or accounting skills
• ASPPA and/or NIPA credentials preferred
