Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager who will focus on building long-term relationships with customers and providing innovative solutions for their events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate and convert renewals and upsell deals within the existing client portfolio, including regular customer reviews and product demonstrations
  • Ensure excellent product knowledge and work closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to enhance the client journey
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and utilize a consultative selling approach to understand and fulfill client requirements
Required Qualifications
  • Advanced English proficiency
  • Solid experience in a B2B sales/account management role focused on renewals and upselling
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Experience managing pipelines in CRM systems, preferably HubSpot or Pipedrive
  • Experience in the Events Industry is a plus
