A company is looking for a Sr Rep, Customer Accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex monthly collection activities to meet Corporate Daily Sales Outstanding (DSO) objectives
- Develop and implement collection strategies for high-revenue customers to achieve cash flow targets
- Analyze customer credit ratings and recommend credit extensions or limits
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma with 4 years of related experience
- Experience with ERP software (e.g., JDE)
- Proven expertise in using MS Office Suite
- Ability to analyze customer accounts and resolve disputed invoices
- Familiarity with credit management policies and procedures
