Promotional Products Account Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Special Order Account Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide product ideas, quotes, and customer service for promotional products outside standard programs
• Develop customer relations and prepare quotes based on order specifications
• Collaborate with suppliers and support departments to meet customer expectations and facilitate the billing process

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and related experience
• 2+ years of related or transferable experience
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Promotional products merchandising or purchasing skills preferred
• Industry experience with ESP or SAGE is preferred
