Key Responsibilities
- Lead a pod of service professionals supporting top financial advisor practices, ensuring a holistic client experience
- Serve as the primary contact for complex cases and escalations, ensuring timely and accurate resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities
Required Qualifications
- SIE & Series 7 required within 90 days
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in the finance industry with a background in service, operations, or compliance
- Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of college courses with relevant financial services experience
- Experience in customer-facing roles within broker-dealer or custodian environments
- Entrepreneurial mindset supporting continuous improvement and innovation
