Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Account Manager, Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage executive relationships with key stakeholders to ensure customer success and identify growth opportunities
  • Guide the team in mobilizing resources to resolve issues and support customer adoption of products and services
  • Coach team members on technical knowledge and industry trends while advising customers on relevant Microsoft technologies
Required Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Business, Sociology, Psychology, Computer Science, or related field with 4+ years of relevant experience, or Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years of experience
  • Must meet security screening requirements, including U.S. citizenship verification
  • Experience in customer success, solution delivery, or portfolio management
  • Preferred: Master's Degree with 10+ years of experience or Bachelor's Degree with 12+ years of experience
  • Preferred: 3+ years of people management experience and relevant project management certification
