Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Regional Accounts - West.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead market access initiatives and develop relationships with regional healthcare accounts
• Ensure profitable access for products and implement brand strategies in collaboration with internal teams
• Develop account strategies focusing on short-term and long-term engagement and partnership objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of pharmaceutical experience, including 3+ years in IDN account management or sales management
• Preferred experience with infusion site of care settings
• Working knowledge of Regional Payers and Integrated Health Systems
• Demonstrated success in large account management and market sales growth
