Proposal Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Manager to lead the development of client-focused proposals and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire lifecycle of the proposal process for complex RFPs, RFIs, and client-facing opportunities
• Collaborate with attorneys and internal departments to develop tailored proposal responses
• Draft, edit, and finalize persuasive proposal content while ensuring compliance with RFP requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• 6+ years of experience in proposal writing and management, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment
• Experience responding to complex RFPs for legal services or similar professional services clients
• Advanced degree or legal industry certifications (e.g., APMP, JD, MBA) are a plus
• Knowledge of legal industry trends and client expectations
