Job Summary
A company is looking for an Analytical Support Specialist to provide analytical support to the Business Office-Account Management Section.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct analysis and management of FSC service level agreements (SLAs) and franchise agreements (FAs)
- Design and evaluate agreements while managing procedures for data collection and analysis
- Analyze invoicing against agreements and provide actionable intelligence to management
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in managing relevant SLAs and FAs
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, English/Journalism, or related field (or equivalent)
- General proficiency with Momentum and Adobe
- Experience in customer or account management
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple business office functions efficiently
