Qualifications
- Located in the Eastern or Central time zones with 5 years of experience in SaaS account management
- Proven track record of meeting renewal targets and familiarity with cybersecurity and compliance frameworks
- Experience with cloud-hosted platforms and managing relationships with technical teams
- Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and understanding of vulnerability management
- Experience in a startup environment and ability to work autonomously
