Key Responsibilities

- Oversee onboarding and campaign management, ensuring client needs are exceeded
- Analyze campaign performance and provide tier-1 support for recruitment processes
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in customer service, account management, or technical implementation
- Experience in recruitment, ATS, or technical support is a plus
- Demonstrated proficiency in customer support or relationship management
- Strong multitasking and project management skills
