Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business by building relationships with prospects and assessing their coverage needs
- Provide ongoing service to existing clients, including policy renewals and amendments
- Maintain knowledge of market conditions and participate in continuing education for professional development
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree in business, insurance, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of five years of insurance sales, underwriting, or consulting experience
- P&C insurance license required or ability to obtain within the first sixty days
- Strong sales skills and understanding of industry trends and regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and agency management systems
