Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Account Manager to manage relationships and consulting sales efforts with existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Attain monthly, quarterly, and annual consulting sales quotas and create weekly pipeline goals
- Facilitate product demonstrations and introduce new product offerings to customers
- Develop long-term relationships within the customer leadership team and conduct account planning
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of ERP experience
- 2+ years of CRM experience, preferably with Salesforce
- 2+ years of account management and/or consulting sales experience
- 2+ years of consistent quota attainment
- Proven presentation and demonstration skills
