Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager / Recruiter to execute full life-cycle recruiting for direct hire positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops client accounts and generates new business through various marketing strategies
• Partners with clients to analyze hiring needs and deploy strategic recruiting methods
• Builds and maintains relationships with candidates and clients while ensuring compliance and safety requirements are met

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
• Minimum of three years of experience in business development and recruiting for mid- to senior-level candidates
• Experience in generating new business and maintaining effective working relationships
• Knowledge of current sourcing and recruiting trends, best practices, and methodologies
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products and familiar with ATS and CRM tools
