A company is looking for an Account Manager / Recruiter to execute full life-cycle recruiting for direct hire positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develops client accounts and generates new business through various marketing strategies
- Partners with clients to analyze hiring needs and deploy strategic recruiting methods
- Builds and maintains relationships with candidates and clients while ensuring compliance and safety requirements are met
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
- Minimum of three years of experience in business development and recruiting for mid- to senior-level candidates
- Experience in generating new business and maintaining effective working relationships
- Knowledge of current sourcing and recruiting trends, best practices, and methodologies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products and familiar with ATS and CRM tools
