Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of leadership experience in client success or account management, including 3+ years in executive roles
- Proven track record in improving gross revenue retention (GRR) at a global scale
- Experience managing distributed client success teams of 50+ across various sectors
- Strong preference for candidates with experience in data-as-a-service or workforce intelligence
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in business or analytics preferred
