Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Account Admin (Part-Time).

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively contact customers regarding overdue accounts and negotiate payment plans
  • Maintain accurate records of collection activities and collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues
  • Adhere to collection laws and generate reports on collection performance and delinquent balances
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, or customer service
  • Experience with B2B or B2C collections is a plus
  • Proficiency in GoogleSuite and experience with Zuora or Monto is a plus
  • Knowledge of collection laws and regulations is a plus
