Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager who focuses on long-term relationships with customers while providing innovative event solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Negotiate and convert renewals and upsell deals within the existing client portfolio, including customer reviews and product demonstrations
- Maintain excellent product knowledge and work towards monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth client journey and deliver exceptional customer service
Required Qualifications
- Advanced English proficiency
- Solid experience in a B2B sales/account management role, focusing on renewals and upselling
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot or Pipedrive
- Experience in the Events Industry is a plus
