Job Summary

A company is looking for a Research Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, analyze, and resolve projects or correspondence from plans, providers, and stakeholders
• Function as Subject Matter Expert for Claims department and provide technical solutions for operational claim payment problems
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency in existing procedures

Required Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of claims processing experience
• High School/GED required; Associate's Degree preferred
• In-depth knowledge of claims payment methodology
• Demonstrated proficiency in using computer and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to research and track multiple projects using various sources and guidelines
