Key Responsibilities
- Execute and manage end-to-end market research projects, including discovery, data collection, analysis, and report delivery
- Conduct comprehensive secondary research and analyze academic program trends, labor market indicators, and tuition rates
- Develop and implement primary research methods to gather Voice of the Customer insights and present findings to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in a quantitative or social science field
- 7+ years of experience in market research, particularly in higher education
- Demonstrated expertise in primary and secondary research methodologies
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, including Microsoft Office Suite and survey platforms
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
