Director of Real-World Evidence

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Real World Evidence (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop RWE strategies in collaboration with internal partners to support the value of products
• Lead the design and execution of RWE research projects using administrative claims data and EMR
• Oversee RWE leadership across internal cross-functional teams and support operational processes

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• PhD in epidemiology or related discipline
• 8+ years of research experience, with at least 3 years in healthcare claims databases/EMR
• Familiarity with US and global healthcare delivery systems
• Experience in designing and analyzing RWE using administrative claims datasets and EMRs
• A track record of peer-reviewed scientific publications in RWE
