Research Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Research Director/Principal Researcher.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of complex research projects in K-12 education
• Manage project budgets, vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with policies and standards
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to understand client needs and enhance satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or a postgraduate degree, or equivalent relevant experience
• Extensive experience in designing and conducting research studies using rigorous quantitative methods
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in research or consultancy projects in the K-12 education domain
• Deep knowledge of K-12 education topics, with a preference for specialization in school finance or policy
• Experience in grant writing and familiarity with educational product development is a plus
