Research Operations Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Research Operations Coordinator to support the UX Research team.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for third-party research software suppliers
• Support researcher onboarding/offboarding and manage tooling access
• Maintain and improve documentation and training materials while identifying operational improvements

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of professional experience in UX research, marketing, or project management
• Experience with SharePoint and Azure DevOps
• Familiarity with UX research tools and processes
• Ability to manage competing priorities
• Self-motivated and adaptable to change
