Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop novel agentic solutions
• Improve upon state-of-the-art on challenging agentic tasks
• Research next-generation online learning-from-experience self-improvement

Required Qualifications

• PhD in computer science or related field, or equivalent industry research experience
• Strong software engineering skills
• Proficiency in Python and experience with ML-related libraries (e.g., PyTorch, NumPy)
• Experience with LLMs and agentic frameworks
• Experience with post-training LLMs (SFT, PEFT, or RL*)
