Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bioinformatics Scientist II.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex bioinformatics projects and mentor junior scientists
• Provide subject matter expertise in clinical variant annotation and genomic data harmonization
• Design and execute advanced genomic and clinical data analyses for biomarker discovery

Required Qualifications

• Ph.D. or MS in Bioinformatics, Genetics, Computational Biology, Data Science, or related fields
• 5+ years of progressively responsible work in the field
• Deep expertise in medical genetics and clinical variant interpretations
• Experience designing and leading bioinformatics components of multi-disciplinary research projects
• Prior experience in regulated or clinical environments is strongly preferred
