Key Responsibilities

• Translate product team objectives into structured research plans and conduct studies
• Produce research reports, present findings to stakeholders, and collaborate with cross-functional partners

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience in user experience, applied research, or product development
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Experience working on tech products and driving research insights
• Hands-on experience with primary research execution
• Proficient in conducting in-depth interviews, focus groups, and usability testing
