Key Responsibilities
- Develop data-driven retention strategies to enhance user engagement and reduce churn
- Design and optimize automated retention campaigns and player lifecycle journeys
- Create and manage bonuses and promotions while ensuring compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in retention, CRM, or lifecycle marketing in social casino or sweepstakes products
- Strong knowledge of FastTrack CRM or similar tools, including Gamification setup
- Deep understanding of bonus mechanics and lifecycle marketing
- Analytical mindset with experience in performance data analysis
- English level B2/C1 for professional communication with stakeholders
