Job Summary
A company is looking for a Revenue Compensation Analyst II to manage and optimize sales compensation strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer sales compensation management software and ensure accurate calculations and distributions
- Configure sales compensation plans and maintain accurate records and reports
- Manage Sales Compensation Territory and Quota Management processes
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in business consulting, sales operations, or related fields, or a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field with 1+ year of experience
- 2+ years of experience with SAP Incentive Management or similar tools
- Experience in end-to-end sales performance management implementation is preferred
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel and data analysis
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team
