Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Compensation Analyst II to manage and optimize sales compensation strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer sales compensation management software and ensure accurate calculations and distributions
  • Configure sales compensation plans and maintain accurate records and reports
  • Manage Sales Compensation Territory and Quota Management processes


Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in business consulting, sales operations, or related fields, or a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field with 1+ year of experience
  • 2+ years of experience with SAP Incentive Management or similar tools
  • Experience in end-to-end sales performance management implementation is preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel and data analysis
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team
