Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Compliance Audit Assistant to support compliance monitoring and data analysis in the healthcare revenue cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed account reviews and compliance monitoring to ensure alignment with laws and internal policies
• Analyze complex datasets to identify compliance risks and translate findings into actionable insights
• Maintain knowledge of healthcare regulations and conduct regulatory research to support compliance education

Required Qualifications:

• Experience auditing and monitoring credit balance resolutions and registration form quality
• Experience reviewing and analyzing claims, billing, and reimbursement data
• Proficiency in healthcare systems such as EPIC, Meditech, and Cerner
• Knowledge of Federal and State regulations and their impact on revenue cycle processes
• Strong ability to analyze complex datasets and identify trends for operational improvements
