Credit and Collections Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Credit & Collections Associate for a 9:30am shift, Monday to Friday (hybrid).

Key Responsibilities

• Notify customers of delinquent accounts to solicit payment and review terms of sales or credit contracts
• Receive payments and post amounts to customer accounts while maintaining financial records
• Compile and maintain credit information and monitor credit sources and delinquent accounts

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED strongly preferred
• 2-5 years of experience in credit and collections
• Specialized skills training or certification may be required
• Previous credit and collections experience
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
