CPA Technical Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Accounting and External Reporting Senior Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze accounting and financial reporting considerations for complex topics
• Manage the external financial reporting process, including SEC reporting and compliance
• Collaborate with the Revenue Accounting Team to provide guidance on revenue accounting issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's (or higher) degree in accounting or finance and an active CPA license
• 8+ years of experience in public accounting with SEC registered companies
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
• Experience in technical accounting research and drafting position memoranda
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office applications or Google suite applications
