Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Corporate Accountant.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage general ledger activities related to employment accruals and benefits
- Prepare monthly journal entries for equity compensation and maintain SOPs for department tasks
- Support the financial reporting process, including preparation of schedules and footnotes for 10-Q/10-K filings
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of accounting experience with knowledge of GAAP and accrual accounting
- Public accounting experience is preferred but not required
- Relevant industry experience in a publicly traded company is ideal
- Experience with Payroll, Benefits, and Compensation Accounting, particularly in Workday and Blackline, is highly desirable
