Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive KPI reports related to revenue cycle performance
• Automate and enhance current processes to drive efficiency and accuracy
• Prepare and present financial analysis to Executive and Operational leaders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
• 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Experience with databases, reporting, and data mining using Excel
• Healthcare experience required
• Expert level understanding of SQL and stored procedures
