Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Data Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and validate revenue-related reporting for SNF and Senior Living communities
• Ensure data accuracy and clear communication of financial performance to stakeholders
• Provide timely financial insights to the Director of Revenue Cycle and C-suite leaders

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of reporting or analyst experience in healthcare revenue cycle
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus
• Strong understanding of Skilled Nursing and Senior Living payer sources and billing cycles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook required
