Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Integrity Analyst to ensure financial health by managing charge processes and providing analytical insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage the Charge Description Master (CDM) to ensure accuracy and compliance with coding regulations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement operational improvements and revenue enhancement projects
• Conduct root cause analysis on charge capture issues and provide education to clients for best practices

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in revenue cycle management
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of Epic, Excel, and SQL queries
• Understanding of CPT and HCPCS coding guidelines
• Certification in CRCR required within 9 months of hire
