Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of HIM Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate HIM functions across various healthcare settings
• Oversee document management processes and ensure compliance with chart completion
• Manage vendor contracts and monitor data integrity related to medical records

Required Qualifications

• Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) or Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) certification
• Bachelor's Degree in Health Information Management or Health Information Administration
• 5 years of experience in Health Information Management leadership
• Experience in enterprise acute care settings
• Strong understanding of healthcare compliance and regulatory standards, including HIPAA
