Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and complete criteria based prior authorizations according to policy and procedure
• Process prior authorization requests with a focus on meeting service level agreements
• Utilize multiple technology platforms and clinical resources while multitasking effectively

Required Qualifications

• Active pharmacist license in the candidate's state of residence, in good standing
• High School Diploma or GED
• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or PharmD
• At least two years' experience as a pharmacist
