RV Specialty Desk Estimator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a RV/Specialty Desk Estimator.

Key Responsibilities

• Create or audit estimates of damages for 1st and 3rd party material damage claims
• Negotiate settlements and document activities for complex files across multiple lines
• Train and mentor team members while ensuring quality control on material damage claims

Required Qualifications

• Experience in assessing damages for RVs, motorcycles, and commercial vehicles
• Advanced expertise in writing estimates from photos and remote inspections
• Familiarity with estimating platforms such as CCC or Duncan (RV) is a plus
• Licensing is preferred, and candidates without a license must be willing to obtain one during training
• Strong understanding of vehicle structures and repair processes
