Job Summary

A company is looking for a Safety Data Sheet Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hazard classification, Safety Data Sheet authoring, and labeling services for global businesses
• Classify materials for US Hazardous Materials and global Dangerous Goods transportation
• Monitor emerging chemical regulatory requirements and advise business units on portfolio impacts

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 1+ years of experience in authoring Safety Data Sheets and product labeling
• Proficient with US OSHA Hazcom Standard, US TSCA, and global GHS regulations
• Strong knowledge of US DOT Hazmat, EU ADR, and Canada TDG regulations
• BS or equivalent in Chemistry, Biology, or related scientific field
• Minimum 1-3 years of relevant hazard classification and authoring experience
