A company is looking for a Sales Finance Manager (Remote PST).
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the design, validation, and implementation of new compensation plans for the Employer Services Sales organization
- Lead the Employer Services Finance support model and ensure accurate data feeds from global billing systems
- Deliver consolidated financial analysis and improve sales performance through process engineering and collaboration
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Finance and managing sales compensation plans
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related discipline
- Familiarity with Tableau and global billing systems
- Working knowledge of GAAP and IFRS
- Experience managing projects end-to-end and prioritizing deadlines
