Sales Finance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Finance Manager (Remote PST).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the design, validation, and implementation of new compensation plans for the Employer Services Sales organization
• Lead the Employer Services Finance support model and ensure accurate data feeds from global billing systems
• Deliver consolidated financial analysis and improve sales performance through process engineering and collaboration

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Finance and managing sales compensation plans
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related discipline
• Familiarity with Tableau and global billing systems
• Working knowledge of GAAP and IFRS
• Experience managing projects end-to-end and prioritizing deadlines
